MidwestHR, through its learning channel, The MidwestHR Institute (MWHRi), offers a myriad of employee and leadership development and compliance training to help Educate, Engage, Enable, Enhance and Empower your workforce.

The MWHRi can assist our clients with developing training course outlines specific to each client’s needs, provide notices, launch the curriculum and then track mandated learning to its employee base.

MWHRi offerings in the topics of harassment and diversity help businesses meet their mandated training requirements at the state, local and federal contractor level.
